What's included

Raised locally in Martinsburg, WV. Pasture-raised without antibiotics, mRNA, hormones, or steroids. Processed by the best quality butchers.

 

A half beef is approximately 200-220 lbs of beef.

 

Your half beef share will come with approximately:  40% Premium Ground Beef (84-88 lbs) packaged conveniently in individual 1 lb packages. 35% Savory Cuts including roasts and packages of stew meat. 25% Steaks such as Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, New York Strips, Rib Eyes, Brisket, and Tenderloin.

Your meat products come vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness and ensure an extended shelf life.

Suet and tallow included upon request.

Pricing

$400 deposit

$1,400 due at pick up

Total $1,800

 

Divide by 220 lbs = $8.18 per lb for premium, all-natural, pasture-raised beef.

Turnaround time & pick up

Your meat will be ready in about 3-4 weeks from your order date. We will contact you directly to schedule a convenient pick up at our farm. 🐄
