What's the turnaround time?

Your meat is usually ready for pick up about 3-weeks after you order. We will reach out to you via email once your meat has been processed, and is ready for pick up. 

Are the animal grass-fed?

Our animals are grass-fed and grain finished.

Are your animals supplemented with anything other than pasture?

Yes, our pork is supplemented non-gmo nutrition from Martins Elevator, a local feed mill. Our beef feed on pasture mostly but, they also get mineral supplements. We finish off with grain toward the end.

How do I schedule a pick up?

When your meat is ready to be picked up, we'll contact you directly.

What are your payment options?

Pay your deposit online. When your meat is ready for pick up you may make the final payment with cash, check, or ask us about final payments via credit card. We do charge a fee for card card processing.

Can I pay for my entire share with one payment?

Yes, get in touch with us. We are happy to accommodate a one-time credit card payment. However, we do charge a fee for card card processing.

1/4 - cow is about 110 lbs of beef

What vaccines do you give your livestock?

Calves get express 10, caliber 7, tentanus antitoxin--none of which contain mRNA.

whole beef - 400-420 lbs of beef. 40% Premium Ground Beef: 176 lbs, packaged conveniently in 1 lb packages. 35% Savory Cuts: Including roasts and packages of stew meat 25% Steaks: Selections such as Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, New York Strips, Rib Eyes, and Tenderloin. Brisket is included.

1/2 beef - 200-210 lbs of beef. 40% Premium Ground Beef: 84-88 lbs, packaged conveniently in 1 lb packages. 35% Savory Cuts: Including roasts and packages of stew meat 25% Steaks: Selections such as Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, New York Strips, Rib Eyes, and Tenderloin. Brisket is included.

1/4 beef - 110 lbs of grass-fed beef. 40% Premium Ground beef in convenient 1 lb packages 35% Savory Cuts: Roasts, packages of stew meat25% Steaks: Sirloin tips, top sirloins, New York strips, rib eyes, and tenderloin.

What's included in each pork share?

1/2 hog - 65 lbs. of pasture raised hog. Roast, Picnic Roast, Butt Roast, Bacon, Chops Bone-in, Ham Bone-in, Ham sliced, Roast Hock, Sausage, & Spare Ribs

Whole Hog - 130 lbs. of pasture-raised hog. Roast Bone-in, Roast Boneless, Butt Roast, Bacon, Chops Bone-in, Ham Boneless, Deli meat sliced, Ham sliced, Roast Hock, Sausage, Spare Ribs

Do you sell suet or tallow?

We only sell our beef by the quarter, half, and whole beef. Whatever you purchase is yours, including the suet and tallow!
 

Can I try your products before I purchasing?

Unfortunately, because of USDA regulations, we are required to sell our beef and pork as part of a share size, which means that purchasing a share is the only way to try our products. We realize it's an investment, and we do our best to make it worthwhile by providing high-quality, all-natural, hormone-free meats.

Are your products vacuum sealed?

Yes, all of our meat products come vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness and ensure an extended shelf life.
