Your whole beef share will come with: 40% Premium Ground Beef packaged conveniently in individual 1 lb packages. 35% Savory Cuts including roasts, and stew meat. 25% steaks such as sirloin tips, top sirloins, New York strips, rib eyes, and tenderloin.
Your meat products come vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness and ensure an extended shelf life.
Suet and tallow included upon request.
